Where are you based? Where do you ship from?
We’re based in Sungai Petani, Kedah and we ship out from here daily. (Except Saturday and Sunday)

How far in advance should I order?
Pre-order 2 days ahead. Cut off time: 5pm
Special order / Large Quantity: Kindly pm us for more information.

Do you provide any slicing service?
No, we do not provide this at this moment.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we do deliver. All of our breads are available for delivery within the West Malaysia area. East Malaysia area welcome for inquiry.

Do you charge delivery fees?
Free delivery to West Malaysia customer.

East Malaysia - Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our pick-up point which is our flagship shop in Sungai Petani, Kedah. 

How will I know if my order has been processed or sent out? 
All orders are baked to order according to our order list. There might be a short wait due to the overwhelming response that we are getting. However, rest assured that we will get to your order as soon as we can! You will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking no. once your order is sent out.

What if my payment was unsuccessful during check out?
You are advised to:

Place a new order and go through the payment process again
Note that order is only confirmed after payment is successfully made. 

Are you Halal certified? 
While we do not have a Halal Certificate yet, we are a Muslim-friendly establishment as we do not use pork and alcohol within our baking area.

Do you have a sourdough/coffee subscription?
Our team is currently working on this! Stay tune with us. 

I have a last-minute event and I need to place a custom made set, do you cater for this special order?
Yes we do but to avoid disappointment, it’s best to place an order at least 7 day in advance. Should you wish to place an order with a less than a week order, we may need to check with our head baker. Please contact us though our email cubit55522@gmail.com
